Swelling in the Stomach region, known as Abdominal Lymphedema, can be uncomfortable and painful. In this video, I share the best ways to successfully reduce and get rid of stomach, trunk, or abdomen swelling and lymphedema, including abdominal lymphatic drainage massage, compression shorts and compression pants, and others. As a certified lymphedema physical therapist, I share the main treatment options for rehab we use to address this issue quickly.
