Triple negative breast cancer have got a poor prognosis as such. This is the remains why these patients have to be treated more aggressively than the regular breast cancer patients. So it is very impart to consider neoadjuvant chemotherapy in order to treat these breast cancer. After neoadjuvant chemotherapy post-surgery we also feel we should give capacity to pain drugs to these patients post-surgery to these patients for a while .
