High grade T cell lymphoma in Stage 1, that means this is already diagnosed by doing a biopsy and we also do a PET scan to see what is the extent in the body. So once the staging evaluation is done, we prefer chemotherapy and radiotherapy for these patients and it also depends on the cure of these patients on chemotherapy and radiotherapy. That means after chemotherapy and radiotherapy for 6 months, maybe after 6 cycles we do a PET scan, to evaluate what is the loads of disease is residual or left over, but remissions are known to happen. So we need to do a frequent regular PET scanning done every 6 months.
