AN OLD MAN OF 70 YRS WITH BASAL CELL CA LOWER EYE LID IS BEING PRESENTED,IN WHICH AFTER EXCISION OF THE TUMOUR THE LID WAS RECONSTRUCTED BY AN UPPER LID SKIN FLAP IN A SINGLE STAGE .THE RESULT WAS GOOD WITHOUT DEVLOPING ECTROPION OF UPPER EYE LID .
