Stoma bag change (Ileostomy)

I am showing this as motivation for others to see how to deal with changing a stoma bag. I am only 3 weeks in after having major surgery and you need to embrace the change. Hopefully this shows how easy it is if you prepare properly. I did make one mistake and that is to perhaps put some tissue into the lining of the shorts incase you get any spillages whilst the stoma is free. If this helps just one person then I'll be a very happy person. Good luck with your new way of life guys.
