David noticed a strange spot on the side of his nose, and came to see Dr. Robertson to have it checked. It turned out to be basal cell carcinoma. Dr. Robertson performed surgery to remove the spot, and camouflaged the area with cosmetic surgery using skin from a spot on his ear.

He was very happy with his overall experience. Four years later, he says both the donor site and former cancer site are both doing well—no return of the carcinoma.
