Did I ever think that I would be asked to talk about why I shaved my head
It was in 2018 after a consultation with a cancer patient who was more concerned about knowing what diet to take for hair growth than how to kill the cancer cells
That got me thinking -Really 😱
I wanted to know what’s important for me so I shaved of my head and sent my hair to cancer organisation to make wigs
Today I can say I am glad that I did what I did The liberty that I experience of being my self is all because of I detached to something I was so attached to
And I would say it’s powerful give up anything you are attached to may be as simple as tea or coffee or shoes or bags it could be anything and experience the power of self love as you are doing something for self control.
