In this discussion we focus on the pathology of classic Hodgkin lymphoma, its histologic subtypes, and their myriad differential diagnoses, analyzing a good many virtual cases as we go along. Troublesome D/Ds like primary mediastinal B cell lymphoma and mediastinal gray zone lymphomas get their fair share of discussion time in the process. The discussion follows the pattern laid down in the latest WHO hematolymphoid neoplasm classification (5th ed.)
