Learn about the exercises to do if you have lymphoedema in your head and neck area or you're at risk of getting it. This video shows a series of exercises to follow starting with neck exercises, then shoulder ones, then mouth and finally jaw exercises. These exercises can help to keep a range of movements , help move the lymph fluid through the system and can help you to feel better.
