Lainie Jones was diagnosed with Li-Fraumeni Syndrome in April 2010. Li-Fraumeni Syndrome is a rare genetic mutation that greatly increases the risk of developing several types of cancer. For Lainie, this means cancer will be a permanent fixture in her life.
