40 women screened for Cervical cancer in SNM hospital

Cervical screening of 40 women was done at SNM hospital Leh. The request was made my president Anjuman-E-Imamia women wing Leh to office of Chief medical officer. The screening was done by Dr Khatisha Bano, Consultant Gynaecologist.
She later briefed about the cancer and the importance of screening that needs to be done at earliest. Further she urged women from all parts of Ladakh to get the tests done.
