Hello lovrlies and fellow heart people!

It has been a while.

I finally got it through my thick skull that I have to pay more attention to my mental health or at least acknowledge that these last few months have left quite an impression mentally and emotionally.

So while I am doing much better physically (thank goodness), I am still grappling with settling down some mental and emotional stuff as a result of all that’s happened.

Thankfully, I do have a lot of support, practices and meds in place but I also did need to do some acknowledgment work to get where I am right now.

Thank you so much for your care and support! In the meantime, if you could, please "Think Shrink" for me.
