Stop that horrible sensation with a form of traditional Chinese medicine known as acupressure.

2: Eat small meals on a regular basis.
3: Take your time eating and drinking. Chew your meal thoroughly.

4: Drink plenty of fluids

• Water

• Juices that are sugar-free

• Soups and stews

5: Stay away from lactose and gluten.

• Dairy

• Grains of wheat (Gehu)

• a grain of barley (Jau)

6: Do not lie down immediately after a meal. Maintain a straight posture while sitting.

7: Avoid chilies and spices.

8: Avoid going without food because an empty stomach might cause nausea and vomiting.
