Here, we present a protocol for the generation of induced pluripotent Stem Cells (iPSCs) from Li-Fraumeni Syndrome (LFS) patient derived fibroblasts, differentiation of iPSCs via mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs) to osteoblasts, and modeling in vivo tumorigenesis using LFS patient-derived osteoblasts.

Camargo Cancer Center in Sao Paulo. It was here where LFS Association President Jenn Perry introduced Ms. Shaaban to the LFS community as a local resource, connecting them with others around the world that are living with, and fighting against, LFS. For the representatives of the LFS Association, the visit was truly remarkable! We thank Drs. Maria Isabel Achatz, Alexandre da Costa, and Maria Nirvana, along with all the wonderful families who are living with LFS – their dedication, strength and warmth are truly inspirational!
