Ankle lymphedema or ankle swelling, foot swelling, and toe swelling are some of the most complicated and stubborn areas to manage lymphedema. Lymphedema treatment varies for each person, so you may need new ideas to try to get rid of swelling. In this video, I share tips and tricks on how to reduce leg lymphedema, specifically in the ankles, feet, and toes.
