Hear from Dr Naranie Shanmuganathan, Consultant Haematologist about her research into Chronic Myeloid Leukemia, which is predicted to become the most prevalent in Australia within the next 20 years.

Dr Shanmuganathan will discuss how her research is identifying the factors in Chronic Myeloid Leukemia that can predict how patients will respond to therapy and how it can help to quickly determine the best treatment option for CML as soon as possible.

This session is part of Central Adelaide Local Health Network’s RAHsearch program which showcases the ground-breaking research being undertaken at the Royal Adelaide Hospital.
