Retinoblastoma is a tumor suppressor gene that plays a very vital role in cell cycle regulation. It works as a negative regulator in cell cycle progression.There are many ways in which complete regulation and control of cell cycle take place. various cdk, cyclins, proteins, activator and inhibitor works to regulate it. in this video I tried my best to explain everything with their distinguished features with proper diagrammatic illustration.
