I am 7 weeks post op and have started getting some bag leaks. This is mainly because I have started exercising and this has disturbed the stickiness of my ileostomy bag to my skin.

A few blow outs later and enough is enough!

In this video I share what to do to prevent ostomy leaks, stop your stoma bag from leaking and how to use a flange extender or elastic tape.

I am using the elastic tape product from Coloplast.
