This video show nose endoscopy of follow up patient 10 years after Nasopharyngeal Carcinoma ( Squamous Cell Carcinoma - SCC ) . Patient received both Chemotherapy & Radiotherapy 10 years back . Endoscopy show thick mucoid discharge more on left nasal cavity & scar in Eustachian tube - nasopharyngeal area .
Now her complains are Tinnitus , Vertigo since 15 days more on left ear . She also gives history of Neck Pain & Dry mouth following Radiotherapy .
No local & neck nodes recurrence seen .
