Partial Video Transcript:
"So today's topic is going to be the structure and function of nevi or moles and melanoma.
So these are my conflicts of interest. We are going to be watching a video from Your Health University in the middle of this presentation. All of these videos are on YouTube, they're free, and they're designed to educate the public. I am a former pastor and you can probably see some of that in the talk today. I'm a veteran. I'm an American. I'm a horrible dancer, and besides that no other known conflicts of interest.
Okay, so we're gonna be talking about moles, or melanocytic nevi. And we have moles, all of us have moles, and there's no problems with them. And then depending on which study you read, between ten and twenty percent of us, have these atypical moles, and we're going to be going into that throughout the lecture, and talking about that. And then we have the Big Bad: the melanoma, the ounce per ounce the worst cancer you can probably get. And we're gonna then talk about diagnosis and management.
Now we are a family of DOs in here, osteopathic physicians, so because of that, this is going to be an interactive lecture. Because the rule of the artery is... Come on now, the rule of the artery is... One more time, because I was pathetic: the rule of the artery is... Thank you. So does that mean sitting down, hunched over, bad posture, shoulders forward? Any part of our nervous system is activated right now, ready to receive knowledge, or information or even believing that you can, on an unusual topic of dermatology..."
