"Every day I say 'wow!' - I am alive"

Warren was diagnosed with chronic lymphocytic leukaemia (CLL) in September 2003. He had never heard of this type of blood cancer and he and his wife Kate has no idea what to expect.

After undergoing seven rounds of chemotherapy Warren was in remission for almost five years before he relapsed.

At this time, Warren was made aware of a new targeted therapy overseas and was able to be part of a clinical trial for the new oral therapy here in Australia - of which he has now been on for seven years.

Warren hopes by sharing his lymphoma journey it will inspire and support others to ask about clinical trials. And to remind each of us to enjoy each day on this earth.
