Head and neck cancer the symptoms will depend on the different sites of the cancer. Suppose for example, the patient will be having a laryngeal cancer so the symptoms will be hoarseness of voice and change in voice. Suppose there is a buccal mucosa or tongue cancer then usually the patient presents with the pain in the oral cavity.
