In the United States, colorectal cancer is on the rise in adults under the age of 50. Beginning at an early age, risk factors should be reviewed with your doctor annually. Your doctor will monitor when you should start getting screened and determine which test you can use, based on your risk.
The Colorectal Cancer Prevention Network (CCPN) at the University of South Carolina is a statewide program that provides education, awareness and colorectal cancer screening options for uninsured low-income individuals. Learn more at http://www.crcfacts.com.
