Certain dietary and lifestyle choices can influence the growth of the prostate, the progression of prostate enlargement, and subsequent risk for prostate cancer. In this lesson, we discuss these diet and lifestyle modifications in order to prevent and reduce prostate enlargement, reduce symptoms of an enlarged prostate, and reduce risk of prostate cancer.
