Dr Gary Clifford will provide an overview of infections and cancer, especially how IARC produces estimates of the global burden of infection-related cancers. During this session, Dr Clifford will focus on the main carcinogenic infections and strategies to prevent cancer and will discuss perspectives for further research in this field.
