Echocardiography is usually the
first imaging test performed in
the evaluation of cardiac
amyloidosis. However,
echocardiographic features
especially in early-stage diseases
can mimic other conditions,
making the diagnosis
challenging.
In this talk, Dr Tan Li Ling, Consultant, Department of Cardiology, NUHCS, will discuss the
diagnostic and prognostic
importance of echocardiography
in cardiac amyloidosis.
