Day 1 of a cancer patient's Radiation treatment will be like a great leap to his/her hope to live.The treatment procedure will take 20-25 days. It depends on your treatment and the type of the cancer.
Available resources will help you to decide which machine would you like to do your treatment. You can mention your suggestions with the Consultant when planning the treatment. It is not compulsory to hospitalised for the treatment. Furthermore, your treatment will not hurt you, sense you or your body will not emit radiation after the treatment.
You will be able to stand on your own feet after the treatment.
