Chris gives an excellent and informative account of living with H&N cancer (aka squamous cell carcinoma). He mentions receiving a diagnosis at the Dentist, having four major operations and the anxiety about going out for the first time. He also discusses the importance of setting goals, communication with the family, support from family and from support groups. He also talks about return to work and work-life-balance. Chris is really doing well, 5 years after his cancer diagnosis!
