It is Fumarate hydratase deficient leiomyoma.
Hereditary leiomyomatosis and renal cell carcinoma (HLRCC) syndrome is a rare autosomal dominant disease caused by germline mutations in the fumarate hydratase (FH) gene. Affected individuals develop cutaneous and uterine leiomyomas and aggressive RCC.
