Breast Cancer Symptoms explained in hindi, Breast cancer ke lakshan kya hote hai hindi me,ThyDoc

Friends in this video we will discuss in detail about signs and symptoms of different types of breast cancer and specific symptoms associated with different types of breast cancer.
First, we discuss briefly the anatomical structure of the breast, breast comprises of different tissues which include ducts, Lobes, Lobules, Glands, lymph nodes & fatty tissues. Almost 80 percent of breast cancers are "Ductal Type" which arises from Milk Ducts,10 percent are of " Lobular Type", which originates from Lobes and glands.
A most common symptom of breast cancer is the lump in the breast however different types of breast cancer show different and specific symptoms.
"Invasive Type of Breast Cancer" -Symptoms are -
1) Feeling of Lump or mass in the breast
2) Swelling in whole or part of the breast
3)Irritation, Burning, or dimpling in the skin of the breast
4) Pain or Retraction in the nipple of the breast
5) Nipples or skin of the breast becomes Red or Scaly
6) Bloody discharge from the nipples
7) Lump or Swelling in the armpits

Ductal Carcinoma In Situ (DCIS) "- DCIS develops from the lining of the milk ducts usually limited to the milk ducts but if left untreated it involves the surrounding tissues and becomes invasive type. DCIS has been further divided into many types on the basis of the appearance of the tumor. DCIS usually shows no symptoms, rarely present with lump or mass in the breast or discharge from the nipples. DCIS mostly get detected on Mammogram.

"Lobular Carcinoma In Situ "(LCIS) - LCIS originates From Breast Lobules. LCIS usually remains limited in the breast lobules. LCIS usually shows no symptoms, also very difficult to detect on mammograms. This type is usually diagnosed when a breast biopsy is done for some other reasons.

Inflammatory Breast Cancer - It is a rare type of Breast cancer. It develops in the soft tissues of the breast, blocks the lymph vessels of the skin of the breast. It does not present as a mass or lump in the breast, also not detected on mammograms. Due to these reasons inflammatory breast cancer usually missed breast self-examination as well on clinical examination done by the doctors.
Symptoms of Inflammatory Breast cancer-
1) Red, Swallen, Tender Breast
2) Itching in the breast
3) Orange peel appearance of the breast skin known as -Peau d' orange
4) Heaviness, Burning sensation in the breast
5) Size of the breast in which the tumor develops becomes large in size
6) Retraction of the nipples
7)Swelling in the armpits
Symptoms of inflammatory breast cancer are quite similar to the other infection of the breast like "Mastitis" but the difference is that symptoms of inflammatory breast cancer do not get resolved on taking antibiotics but symptoms of mastitis get resolved.

Metastatic Breast Cancer -This type is also known as Advanced Breast cancer or Stage 4 Breast cancer. The term Metastatic is used when cancer has spread to other organs of the body outside the breast and symptoms of metastatic breast cancer depend on the organs which it has involved. Like if it has involved bone then the symptoms will be bone pain, bone fractures, if it involves lungs, difficulty in breathing, shortness of breath, chest pain & coughing. if it involves Liver vomiting, jaundice, swelling in the limbs, if it involves brain or spinal cord memory loss, headache, double vision, seizures, difficulty in walking.
Symptoms of Papillary type of breast cancer -
1) Lump in the breast
2) Discharge from the breast

Male Breast cancer -
1) Lump In the Breast
2) Thickening of the breast
3) Dimpling of the nipples or skin of the breast
4) Bloody discharge from the nipples

When to See a Doctor- If You found any change in the color, texture, or consistency of the skin or the tissue of the breast, change in the color or position of the nipples, Discharge from the nipples other than milk and If all these changes are not associated with either menstrual cycle, breast infection, or any injury immediately visit a doctor
