This video show circular lesion in right upper soft palate in old lady since last 1 year . No history of tobacco habit .
Biopsy report came out low grade adenoid cystic carcinoma of minor salivary glands . No distant metastases to the lung, brain and bone at present.
Treatment Plan Wide local Excision & Repair , SOS Neck Dissection if nodal metastases are present.. Radiotherapy /Chemotherapy depending upon post operative HPE Reports .
