If the patient treats the mouth cancer in the early stage itself then the surgery is very small as it requires removing only some part of the tongue or the affected area. The earlier the treatment takes less the cost. If mouth cancer is treated in its early stage the surgery cost is around 1.5 lakhs to 2 lakhs.
In cases where the patient approaches a specialist for a mouth cancer surgery when cancer has spread to a large extent, the treatment requires to remove of a significant portion of the mouth and also replacing it with a new artificial portion the cost of such type of surgery can go up to 3 to 5 lakhs.
The cost of tongue reconstructive surgery is 2.5 lakhs to 4 lakhs, for laryngeal cancer, it is 3-5 lakhs and 2-4 lakhs for treatment of thyroid cancer
