Stomach Cancer और Liver Cancer इंडिया में सामन्य तोर पर बोहोत दीखता हे। Stomach और Liver Cancer होने के कुछ मुख्य कारन हे। Hereditary मतलब अनुवॉंशिक और जो इंसान तम्बाखू का सेवन करते हे उनको Stomach Cancer और Liver Cancer होने की ज्यादा सम्भवता हे। Alcohol का ज्यादा सेवन करने से, ज्यादा मसाले उक्त अन्न का प्राशन करने से और खाने में ज्यादा नमक होने की वजह से। छटा कारन कुछ लोगो में बार बार Acidity होती हे उनमे ज्यादा सम्भावना ह। और आखरी कारन हे "मोटापा। पुरुषो में जिनकी Waist 100 cm और महिलाओमे 90 cm उनमे Stomach Cancer और Liver Cancer होने की बोहोत सम्भावना हे।

Stomach Cancer और Liver Cancer होने के कुछ लक्षण हे जैसे -

अगर किसी को भूक नहीं लग रही जैसे पहले लगती थी, खाना खाने के बाद 15 या 20 मिनट में उलटी आना, बार बार acidity और छाती में जलन महसूस होना, खून की उलटी होना, ये सब Stomach Cancer और Liver Cancer के लक्षण हे। विशेषतः Liver Cancer के लिए वजन का ज्यादा काम हो जाना। अचानक 5 kg से ज्यादा वजन काम हो जाना, भूक बिल्कुन नहीं लगना, पीला पण महसूस होना मतलब त्वचा, आखो का पीला पण महसूस होना ये सब Liver Cancer की तरफ लक्षण दिखा रहे हे। Stomach Cancer और Liver Cancer अगर Stage 1 ,2 या 3 में पाए जाते हे तो इसका पूरी तरह से इलाज करना संभव हे। अगर Stage 4 में ोाया जाता हे तो उसको काबू कर सकते हे लम्बे समय तक नाकि पूरी तरह से इलाज।

आजकी दौर में chemotherapy , immunotherapy और targeted therapy से Stage 4 में भी उसका इलाज किया जा सकता हे। पर Prevention is the best medicine। अगर इनमे से कोई भी symptoms आपमें दिक्ते हे तो आपको तुरंत डॉक्टर को दिखाना हे। अगर CT scan के बाद कुछ गाँठ नजर आती है पेट में या Liver में तो आपको Biopsy करके आपको Stomach Cancer और Liver Cancer हे की नहीं ये Confirm करना हे।

अगर Stomach Cancer और Liver Cancer Confirm हो जाता हे तो आगे आपको देखना हे ये शरीर में कितना फैला हे। अगर ये सिर्फ उसी Organ पे Limited हे जिसको Stage 1 या 2 बोलते हे तो उसकी तुरंत Surgery करके उसको निकल जा सकता हे। ये कुछ Tests करने से समाज सकता हे। आपको Stomach Cancer या Liver Cancer होता हे तो आपको Surgery या Chemotherapy करनी पड़ेगी।
