Endoscopic ischemic polypectomy for small-bowel polyps in patients with Peutz–Jeghers syndrome

Summary:
Retrospective analysis showing effectiveness and safety of ischemic polypectomy in 352 polyps larger than 5mm during repeated double-balloon enteroscopy in Japanese patients with Peutz–Jeghers syndrome. A decreasing trend in polypectomies of polyps larger than 15mm was seen over time.
