Meat ROTS in Your Colon?? (What Really Does…) 2023
Meat ROTS in Your Colon?? (What Really Does…) 2023 administrator 1 Views • 2 years ago

Does meat rot in your colon? Is it difficult for humans to digest meat? Many vegans believe that meat rots in your colon, and teach this to anyone who will listen. Early Detection of Cancer:
Here are the American Cancer Society's recommendations to help guide you when you talk to your doctor about screening for Breast Cancer and colonrectal cancer.
Breast cancer;
Women ages 40 to 44 should have the choice to start annual breast cancer screening with mammogram if they wish to do so.
Women age 45-54 should get mammogram every year.
women 55 and older should switch to mammogram every 2 years or can continue yearly screening.
Screening should continue as long as a woman is in good health and expected to live 10 more years or longer.
All women should be familiar with the known benefits, limitations and potential harms linked to breast cancer screening.
women should also know their beasts normally look and feel and report any breast changes to health care provider right away.
Colonrectal Cancer;
For people at average risk recommended to start screening at age 45.
From 45- 74 years screening regularly.
From 76-85 consult your doctor.
If you are in good health, you should continue screening through age 75.
People over age 85 should no long get colorectal cancer screening.
Screening can be a stool based test yearly, or colonoscopy every 10 years.
If you choose to be screened with a test other than colonoscopy, any abnormal test result needs to be followed up with a colonoscopy.
No matter which test you choose, the most important thing is to get screened.

My Ileostomy Reversal Experience
My Ileostomy Reversal Experience administrator 4 Views • 2 years ago

The ileostomy reversal surgery is a highly anticipated part of a rectal cancer patient's journey. It's exciting to get rid of the bag, but wondering how your body is going to be after the reversal can be a little scary. Follow me as I talk about the tests your body has to pass to be eligible for a reversal, how the surgery itself and the hospital recovery are, and most importantly, how long it took me before my butt no longer felt like it was on fire. I'm talking about an ileostomy reversal here, so be prepared for lots of poop talk!
