In a video testimonial, Mr. Alfraid, an electronic engineer from Sudan, shares his medical experience with Narayana Health. He initially suffered from leg pain, swelling, and limb weakness, seeking medical attention in South Sudan without success. He was then referred to doctors in the northern region, where the cause of his symptoms remained unidentified.

Eventually, he decided to consult Dr. Randeep Singh, Director and Senior Consultant - Medical Oncology at Narayana Superspeciality Hospital in Gurugram.
Initially, the diagnosis was unclear, but it was later determined that Mr. Alfraid had a rare form of sarcoma called Kaposi Sarcoma. During his initial visit, he was unable to walk and relied on a wheelchair. Treatment commenced following evaluation in 2018, and in 2020, a disease relapse was observed, prompting the administration of 6-8 doses of chemotherapy.

Mr. Alfraid's condition has significantly improved, and he undergoes routine checkups every six months.
