El cáncer de vulva afecta principalmente los órganos externos de las mujeres, es decir, los labios mayores y menos.

Inicialmente comienza con una lesión pequeña hasta que crece y se vuelve más agresiva.,

Los síntomas del cáncer de vulva pueden ser comezón, sangrado, mancha o cambio de coloración en los labio.

Las mujeres que tienen mayor riesgo de desarrollar cáncer de vulva son aquellas que hayan tenido o tengan alguna enfermedad de transmisión sexual.

Esta enfermedad tienda a afectar principalmente a las mujeres mayores de 60 años, sin embargo también puede afectar a mujeres más jóvenes.

El tratamiento del cáncer de vulva principalmente es quirúrgica, sin embargo depende de el estado en el que el cáncer sea diagnosticado.
