When Kristin was diagnosed with Non-Hodgkin’s Follicular Lymphoma she wondered if it was her time and God was calling her home. Envita helped Kristin gain amazing results against her Non-Hodgkin’s Follicular Lymphoma. She went from chair bound to climbing mountains in a matter of weeks, returning to her quality of life. In Kristin’s words, “it was incredible.”

With over 20 years of clinical experience and peer-reviewed published research, Envita Medical Center has noticed a correlation between infectious diseases and the development of cancer in many patients. Kristin fit right in with this pattern. Her journey began in 2014 when she was diagnosed with Lyme disease. Two years later, Kristin was diagnosed with an aggressive form of Non-Hodgkin’s Follicular Lymphoma. When the cancer metastasized from her groin, to her abdomen and up through her neck, Kristen was left with few care options. Lucky, one of Kristin’s friends suggested Envita Medical Center.

Both Dr. Matthias and Dr. Court worked closely with Kristin to create a personalized protocol, specifically customized to treat Kristin’s unique genetic presentation of Non-Hodgkin’s Follicular Lymphoma and the myriad of distinctive contributing carcinogenic factors, like Lyme disease.

Kristin was treated with proprietary therapies like GTFC and CIPI™, and then supported with adjunctive immunotherapies and customized intravenous medications. GTFC, or Genetically Targeted Fractionated Chemotherapy, is a form of patient-specific, micro-dosed chemotherapies and adjunctive agents designed to attack the unique genetic biomarkers of each individual patient’s distinctive cancer presentation. GTFC’s micro-dosed treatment modality allows for multiple chemotherapies to be used at a fractional dose while potentially improving tumor kill and reducing the negative side-effects that maximum dose chemotherapy can have on healthy cells and organs.

CIPI™, or Chemo Immunotherapy Percutaneous Injections, is Envita’s customized form of tumor chemoembolization. By directly injecting genetically personalized micro-dosed medications into fibrous and difficult to penetrate tumors, CIPI™ can support increased medication delivery to tumors where surgery would not be a viable option.  The highly targeted nature of the CIPI™ procedure is proving to be an exciting option for progressive and resistant late-stage cancerous tumors and has shown much promise in Envita’s patients.
