Bile Duct Cancer (Cholangiocarcinoma)


Mrs. Anjana Vats had Jaundice with a sudden loss of appetite and body weight. Researchers examined the genome sequences of 239 biliary tract cancer samples and the gene expression profiles of 160 samples. Several distinct genetic profiles were correlated with the tumor's location in the bile duct as well as with patient survival.
