CHOP chose Callum to be a Childhood Cancer Awareness Month spokesperson and an ambassador for its largest annual fundraiser, the Four Seasons Parkway Run & Walk, because of he doesn't let cancer wipe the smile off his face.

In 2013, more than 10,000 children will be diagnosed with cancer, and about 1,500 will die from their disease. And although survival rates for many childhood cancers have improved dramatically over the past few decades, cancer is still the second leading cause of death in children.
