ब्रैस्ट कैंसर की सर्जरी हमारे देश में commonly की जाने वाले सर्जरी मेसे एक है। बोहोत सारी स्त्रिया जिनको ब्रैस्ट कैंसर होता है उनमे ब्रैस्ट का ऑपरेशन होता है। ब्रैस्ट कैंसर के बाद सबसे बड़ी उनकी समस्या होती है हाथो में सूजन आना जिसे lymphedema कहा जाता है।

तो लिम्फेडेमा कैसा टाला जा सकता है ?
Lymphedema टालना बोहोत जरुरी है . Lymphedema पूरी तरह से prevent किया जा सकता है अगर आप exercise रोज़ करे तो। यह एक्सरसाइजेज सर्जरी के दूसरे दिन से चालु करने है

इस वीडियो में Dr Apoorva Gawade (Physiotherapist) इन एक्सरसाइजेज को दर्शाएगी जो मरीज को हर एक १० बार करनी है और दिन में १० बार करनी है। यह दिन में 100 बार करना चाहिए।

Breast cancer surgery हुए पेशेंट को अपने physiotherapy पे ध्यान देना चाहिए। Physiography breast सर्जरी के बाद करना बोहोत जरुरी है। और यह ठीक तरह से करना बोहोत जरुरी है इसलिए यह सब अपने physiotherapist से ठीक से करना सिख लीजिये और उसे नियमित कीजिये।
