Neuroendocrine tumours (NETS) can occur throughout the body. NETs can develop in the gut or digestive system (gastrointestinal NETs) affecting the stomach, small or large bowel; they can also occur within the pancreas (pancreatic NETs) and within the lungs (lung NETs).
