Some patients with stomach cancer undergo a total gastrectomy procedure involving the complete removal of the stomach. But in the case of this patient Mr.Vadivelu, 56 years was affected by Esophagus cancer later it has been spread to the Stomach which requires major surgery and is also a rare case. By modified *Laparoscopic procedure of our Chief Prof.C.Palanivelu* , have removed the stomach and esophagus of this patient and joined the part of the Large Intestine to perform the process of the stomach. It's been *two years* now the patient was happy and leading a healthy life. All types of GI cancer are curable.
