Soft tissue sarcomas (STS) are difficult cases for students as they require a full examination of musculoskeletal system and good knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and pathology beside treatment options. Unfortunately, this is poor in Surgical Residents as they do not see these cases more often due to rarity. IF available most centres will keep STS in exams hence students need to practice and learn how to present these cases and defend them.
