Gastroscopy before sleeve gastrectomy is a routine at our center. In this video; a case in whom 3 gastric nodules which were associated with neuroendocrine tumors in 2 is presented. Preoperative gastroscopy allowed us to biopsy, diagnose & mark the lesions so that the sleeve was done without any compromise in complete resection of the tumor bearing areas. This case is a good example about the importance of routine preoperative gastroscopy which is arguably a controversial issue. The technique presented here is used in further 3 patients with incidental gastric lesions with modest success & results are published in: Surg Laparosc Endosc Percutan Tech. 2018 Jul 2. doi: 10.1097/SLE.0000000000000553.
