Uterine problems are increasing worldwide. If you know you can prevent most of them.

It is recommended that after 40 , abnormal bleeding should be reported early. If doctors recommend cheking the inside lining of uterus - try not to ignore that. Uterus cancer is often called lifestyle disease. Having a good lifestyle to normal body weight and fitness can reduce chance of uterine cancer. Control or diabetes and blood pressure too will help.

Most are linked to being overweight. Having diabetes and blood pressure can also increase the risk. Having a pregnancy protects against uterus cancer.

The problem can be checked by a quick biopsy from inside lining of the uterus. Most problems start from there. If the problems are happening in the outer layer of the uterus then diagnosis is only possible after removal of uterus but thatโ€™s uncommon.

Apart from the biopsy, sometimes an MRI or CT scan may also be needed to check the extent of the disease.
