Percutaneous nBCA glue embolization of skull base tumor

This a short video of the case of a 60 years old female patient with a large hypervascular skull base tumor, an adenoid cystic carcinoma, with involvement of the parotid, ear, sigmoid sinus and internal jugular vein and intracranial extension. DSA showed dangerous arterial communications, hence it was embolized via direct puncture route. The tumor was devascularized more than 90% and operated successfully without much blood loss. | AIIMS Patna | Interventional Radiology
