In 1986, he earned a culinary arts degree from Newbury College, and in 1990, he completed the famous American Culinary Federation Les Dames d'Escoffier apprenticeship programme. 1989 Ritz-Carlton Hotel Employee of the Year, 1989 Boston Food Show Gold Medal, and 1999 Epicurean Club of Boston Junior Culinary Team Coach โ Bronze Medal are among his achievements.
German's freestyle cooking and lifestyle philosophy provided him all the tools he needed to beat cancer and recover from it. It means channelling Bruce Lee and unleashing his inner dragon, ""becoming like water."" As an author, speaker, and coach, German has made it his mission to help and encourage others to achieve that balance."
