Left Arm Lymphedema Massage: Full Manual Lymphatic Drainage Massage By a Lymphedema Therapist

Lymphatic drainage massage, or lymphedema massage, is an important part of managing lymphedema and swelling. Follow along for a FULL manual lymphatic drainage massage (MLD) routine to the LEFT arm. I describe the techniques and sequence used by a certified lymphedema therapist, as well as address fibrosis. I also discuss and review differences in sequencing for those with lymphedema in the left arm and chest wall.
