BMI 20.7) with a right adrenal gland tumor (10 cm)

. She had symptoms of Conn’s syndrome (hypokalemia, hypertension)

. No distant metastases were found in preoperative imaging

The patient was scheduled for laparoscopic right adrenalectomy.
